About this tool

PDF Watermark adds text or image marks for drafts, confidential labels, and branding.

Strong CONFIDENTIAL marks for external drafts; light logos for internal review. Check signature and amount areas on the last page so nothing critical is covered.

Tip — Short diagonal labels like “Draft” stay visible without covering critical text.

Applied to every page?

Usually yes. Check the UI if per-page exclusion exists.

Best image format?

Transparent PNG logos look cleanest; JPG with white backgrounds can leave a box.

Lower opacity, shrink, or place on margins/diagonals.

Are files uploaded to a server?

No. Every tool runs entirely in your browser. Files and text you enter are never sent to our servers.
